    For the windows files, I used to use families from multiple window vendors thinking that they’d be the fastest and most accurate models, but they took so much extra time to add trim detail for both the interior and exterior views. With these RevitFamily.biz families, once I size the windows appropriately, the trim is automatically surrounding the windows, with options to tweak. Such a game changer!

    On my gosh this family of overlay kitchen cabinets has changed my workflow as a modeling/rendering artist! I no longer model in place – I can literally drag and drop to create incredibly accurate and realistic kitchen and bath images. These files allow the clients and the contractors to instantly arrive on the same page, marking up realistic renders, and allows much more accurate quotes so there are not surprises down the road. Thank you thank you thank you for this library!!!

    Families work well in renderings (ex. Twinmotion) and graphically in a final CD set (ex. plans and interior elevations). I use a “Floor Slab Edge” selection to create interior baseboard trim (not sure if this is atypical)… Creating baseboard trim profiles might be something to look into further…

    I bought the cabinet bundle, which included modern, traditional and shaker style cabinet families. The bundle also came with a sample project which came in handy as I was learning how to use the families and about all the features and parameters they came with. The purchase of this cabinet bundle was a no brainer for me. I run a small interior design studio and the cabinet families I was using were for commercial projects. Even though I work on a lot of commerical projects, the residential projects I had accepted, needed to have a level of detail that would have taken me hours to create on my own. I am so glad I stumbled across RevitFamily.Biz. These families have paid for themselves in the amount of time saved during a single project. I plan to purchase the interior doors next!

    Your families had more configurations than my families had. Yours seem to have more detail and configurability than most. Hardware options are nice. For the cabinet families, I felt the crown molding was out of scale. I also wished I had more profiles to choose from.

    The video instructions are what seal the deal for me. Also, I wouldn’t mind a bonus video that might show how to further hot-rod the families in simple ways. For instance, maybe show how we could swap out the crown molding in your cabinets family for a specific crown for a specific project. What would you think about creating a package just of useful profiles for a variety of things like gutters, baseboards, crown moldings, and chair rails?

    I do struggle with adding families when using Avail or other family browser when I need to pick a RFB family. I have to go in and manually add the family so I can pick from the types.

    The flexibility in the single family. The YouTube video showed how easy it was. Please create more content. Maybe electrical devices, entourage (2d cars, trees, people), stairs and railings.
